Madness Motorworks is proud to introduce the Madness front mount intercooler upgrade kit for the 2007+ 135i/ 335i/ 535i/ Z4 35i. this unit knitted a steady increase in both HP and torque with a maximum gain of 15 rwhp at 5540 rpm and 15 ft-lbs at 5350 rpm on stock boost levels with a pressure drop of only 0.5 psi compared to the 1.2 psi drop from the stock unit. With the Madness-Evotech software upgrade, we increased boost to 13.9 psi and saw gains across the power-band with a maximum of 25 rwhp at 6100 rpm and 24 ft-lbs at 6090 rpm with a pressure drop of 0.6 psi compared to the 1.6 psi drop from the stock unit Another key feature is that this intercooler fits in the stock location preventing it from blocking the engine radiator and the power steering cooler.
