The stock R56 MINI Cooper S chassis is set up for general everyday use with an emphasis on comfort. These improved mini cooper motor mounts ingenious void inserts reduce the amount of movement by filling in the voids in the mounts with softer compound polyurethane. Limiting engine and transmission movement in the MINI Cooper has many benefits, smoother power transmission to the wheels eliminating the intense wheel hop when spinning the tires, less movement of the shifter cables allowing the transmission gears to stay fully connected, less flex on all connected turbo engine components including the exhaust system.

If you do no other mods , you owe it to yourself to do this one . Very easy to do and what a difference shifting .

the bushings do what madness says they do. better shifting and you can feel a lil more grip in the front . easy install too, took about 15 minutes. not much more vibration at idle , i really dont notice it at stop lights. you get less of the clunk shift into second and third. i like it.
